Hobby Lobby v. Sebelius -- CU revisited

I believe the recent ACA "tax" ruling by the SCOTUS will be viewed as a defining moment in Constitutional Law, where for the first time ever the government can now impose its will upon an individual, or corporation for not acting or participating in social programs.

Conscription? Or is the military not "social"?
