Raid Times

So, I'm new, and the calendar here only has birthdays. The calendar in game shows raid start time as 12:00 am.

Server time, when do raids normally start?

Also, I won't be able to make tonight's as I'm not quite geared and am having another flare up.

But I would like to know start times for future reference.
