Quality of drops is purely roll of the dice. Some people believe that if you MF Baal, everytime you kill him your MF is degraded by some percentage againt him in the future. Not true. Same holds for Meph, Pindle, Dac, Snapchip, Frozenstein, and the other popular MF spots.
