Sounds nifty and worth a shot, right? Well, for most of you it probably is, but unfortunately I'm not allowed to enter. Why? I live in CT, which is apparently a no no. According to the official rules, residents of North Dakota, Connecticut, Vermont and Maryland are ineligible (as well as some other places outside the US, like Quebec). Not sure why, seems kinda like they had to discount a few states and threw darts at a map. Serously though, anyone have any idea why those states in particular were excluded? Screw visiting Blizzard, I want that sword.
