I don't know about your jurisdiction, but that ended here a while back. It did take a while; the abhorrent case had to wind its way through the system to get to the Supreme Court of Canada. But legislation followed with alacrity after that.
Why are you still chosing to take the easy route that insists that the drugs are to blame? You just railed against it in your complaint that your legal system allows it.
