im trying to find out how to make Wirt to sell more than one thing like grizwald

Learn to program. Write your own game. Make it do whatever you want.

Or hack Diablo.

Either way, the answer to your question is "Not here."

EDIT: See section '3.9.4 Wirt' in Jarulf's Guide for additional info. In multi, Wirt also changes his offerings every time you star a new game.
