I dunno. They could make it 500g per extra spec. So, if you swap between 3 (or 4 or 5) on a regular basis, it could be worth it to buy them. If you don't, then paying for respecs like you do today might be better.
500g was an example. I think it more likely they would use a sliding scale like they did for bank slot: 500g for a 2nd spec. 1000g for a 3rd, 2000 for a 4th, etc.
