Yeah, I restarted and cleaned the NSF guys out of the Statue without any fatalities. The three-man group right outside Gunther's cell was a pain, since I didn't want to let them set off the alarm (so I hacked the alarm button, hehe).
I'm still playing a super-sneaky 007 ninja hacker, but I'm going to try to keep from killing unless I have to. Of course, now I have something like 80 rounds of 10mm ammo to waste...
Also have a shotgun and sniper rifle, but I think I'll be dropping those soon. Along with my baton/crossbow/pistol, my tools (medkit/tool/lockpicks) and other assorted junk (5 or 6 upgrade kits, a hazmat suit, binocs, flares, etc), I literally have no room in my inventory.
Oh well, time to head into the UN building and see what's up next.

EDIT: I also have a pepper spray gun/canister thing. Is it just me, or does it just not do anything? I spray people point-blank and it does nada. Bah.
