We killed Patchwerk for the first time last night. We only had a couple of nights of attempts pre-patch so it was difficult to compare.
On our first attempt we had some odd aggro switches which messed things up a bit. On our second attempt everything went perfectly but we couldn't quite finish him off before the 7 minute enrage. Cue lots of running, screaming and dying with prayers that the DoTs kill him before the raid wipes (we had 4 people left standing when he tumbled).
I had the warlock Shadow Embrace talent on him - not sure what difference that made.
Very tense fight - our raid leader was talking very very softly as if any loud noises might start that chain of reaction of things going wrong.
