Here is the reply post as it was posted back then. Note that it was written with the knowledge current in existance at that time and I have not checked if that means any answer is in fact not correct.

The answers below are the correct ones to my best knowledge.
1. Everyone knows which monsters are tripple immunes. But what about bosses. Which ones are? What about the Obsidian Lord Boss?
Lionskull the Bent (Black Knight on level 12)
Rustweaver (Doom Guard on level 13)
Warlord of Blood (Steel Lord on level 13, he is a quest character in single player only)
Blackstorm, the unique Obsidian Lord is immune to Magic and Lightning only.
2. One monster accually looses a immunity on hell difficulty (compared to normal and nightmare), which one?
Hellspawns, they loose lightning immunity but gain imunity to Fire and Magic.
3. Upon facing Poison Spitters and Pit Beasts, what resistance would you judge (if any) to be of most use? What about if you face Lava Maws instead?
Spit is always considered as Magic so you should have Magic resistance. This holds true for Lawa Maws too (I think it would have been a nice touch to make their spit Fire though).
4. As a mage you work your way through caves and suddenly see hordes of Blood Claws comming your way. What spell do you use on them?
OK, OK, horde is perhaps not the best word:)Anyway, Blood Claws are immune to Fire and Magic so anything lightning based works very well. As some pointed out Stone Cursing and hackin works too.
5. Some unique monsters have the ability to dissapear. How many are they? What type are they? And where do you encounter them?
Warpskull (Hidden on level 3. Don't forget this one, although it is not a special ability to the boss he still has the ability:))
Shadow Drinker (Horror Captain on level 5)
Shadowcrow (Dark One on level 5)
Baron Sludge (Mud Man on level 8)

Lazarus is immune to Magic and resistant to Fire and Lightning.

He is a mage (Counselor).

The scroll will on average heal almost 4 times as much.
13. You are playing Ironman (one warrior, one rogue and one sorcerer) and need to use Heal Other (you don't have any healing nor any mana potions left). All have the same spell leveles and the same character level. Which of those characters are best at casting Heal Other. That is which one will on average heal the most.
Warriors heal on average twice as much as a sorcerer. A rogue heal on average 1.5 as much as a sorcerer. So correct answer is warrior.
Now one can of course argue that on a full potion of mana the sorcerer can cast more Heal Other and thus per mana potion is more effective at Heal Other but that was not what I asked for here.
14. Which item would give the higherst damage boost to level 30 rogue with maxed stats. Ring of moon, ring of might or ring of accuracy?
A rogues damage depends on both the dexterity and the strength ((Dex+Str)*clvl/200) so the sum of dexterity and strength bonus is important.
moon = 7+7 = 14
might = +10
accuracy = +15
So correct answer is accuracy
15. You are a warrior and want to max magic to read a spell book. Wich item would you prefer, spider's ring of the stars or a sword of mind? What if you are a rogue?
Stars (+11, mind is +10. No difference for a rogue)
16. Wich prefix gives the highest damage, master's or savage?
Both give the same (+111-125%)
17. Lightning can be both a prefix and suffix. Are there any other attribute that can be that too? What is the difference (if any) when Lighting is a prefix and when it is a suffix?
The prefix "Fine" can be both a +% Armor (20-30) and a +% tohit/damage (6-10/36-50). Someone suggested "flaming" but that is only a prefix on staves and other weapons. On bows the suffix is "flame"
When Lighning is a prefix (on staves and other weapons) it does 2-20 damage. Whan a suffix on bows it does 1-10 damage.
18. What, non spell carrying, staff would be the most expensive in the game?
A perfect king's (war) staff of haste. It would cost 132.000. At a good second place comes a perfect emerald (war) staff of haste costing 125.500
19. Which is most expensive, an amulet or a ring (asume identical stats)?
Amulet (base price is 1200 while rings are 1000)
20. You are suddenly faced by a Cryptic Shrine. What does it do?
It restores Mana and casts a Nova spell.

Yes, Firebolt requires only 177 and Heal and heal Other requires 192. All other spells requires 255.

Elemental and Holy Bolt are not available as scrolls.
40. After a long search you finally find another book of Guardian. Will the damage go up when you read the book? Are there any other effects of reading the book apart from costing less mana?
The damage of the spell is determined by your character level and your spell level so it goes up (I missed that spell level affected it when I wrote the question). The duration also goes up with both spell level and character level but there is a maximum (24 seconds).
