I question your exclusion of Demonic Aegis. With the new Fel Armor, I thiink it would be more universally useful than, say, Imp VW. Especially with the Fel Guard.
I myself would go with a similar build, but as a modification of 20/31 NF/SL. I likes my drain tanking, and Fel concentration is essential to it.
EDIT: Here's a quick build - could do with some tweaking, but I like it.
