Even the 5 mans, a shammy / pally duo would be pretty insane for healing combo.
Imagine:
Feral Druid (Leader of the Pack / tank)
Warrior (Battle shout)
rogue or warrior (mass DPS)
Shaman (WF, Strength totem)
Paladin (BoK or might)
