One more thing, then I'm out of this post:
When something goes wrong, some people will complain.
When something doesn't, most people won't generally speak up.
So even if the forums were deluged with tons of people complaining, you can hardly call that a majority because you don't know how many people are NOT complaining or have no complaint. There also exists no evidence that a majority of people had an easy time.
Just because our little subsection of people had issues (also not a majority of us) doesn't mean there was a problem at large either.
Generalizations piss me off.
