Scene: interior, nighttime. Shady Rest Convalescence Home, Mud Creek, present-day east Texas. Enter Sebastian Haff, a former Elvis impersonator who just happens to actually be Elvis. On the floor is Jack Kennedy, who just happens to be an elderly black man.

JFK: “Did you see him go by in the hall? …”
Elvis: “Who, man?”
“Lyndon Johnson. Castro’s men. They came to to finish me off! I think—I think it may have been Johnson himself. Real ugly, like. Real goddamn ugly!”
“Look, man. President Johnson’s dead.”
“$#*@! That ain’t gonna stop him!”
