What the heck does Nationality have to do with reading comprehension skills?

Yeah, I was almost offended since our State considers itself a psuedo Canadian province, at least they do north of Hibbing or Brainerd. We prefer to be called Knutes (after our only civil war hero Knute Nelson), although "Jackpine Savage" is used often when one goes winter camping. IIRC 30% of the State votes for Paul Martin even though he is not on the ballot.
