They partially fixed one bug and, in doing so, created a new one.
In 1.10, upgrading ethereal armour made it lose the ethereal defense bonus. In 1.11, it keeps its ethereal defense bonus, but cube-socketing an ethereal armour will add an extra ethereal defense bonus.
