I have a druid who I heal, tank, and cat dps with and I find myself having trouble keeping what is good for which separate in my head. Having to refer back to the different threads on EJ is annoying though. So since I apparently need to write the information down somewhere, I figure that I might as well do it here in case it helps others. Plus if people disagree with anything it can be discussed as well. This won't be a full write-up of things, but rather just things I need to refer back to for the various specs. It'll also have some biases in it for the way I know I play and the content I'll be likely to do.

Seriously though, this is great. I have a long-abandoned feral druid in her 70s, but I'm leveling a brand new Resto (she's 30 now) who was my first ever stab at dungeon healing. It's nice to have notes, and tbh, EJ confuses me sometimes.

Couple things aren't right. For stat priorities

Armor > agility/sta > dodge > mastery > crit > exp = hit > haste

agility vs sta really depends on where you are at in survivability vs mitigation. agi is a significantly better mitigation stat. My goal is to keep my survivability and mitigation metrics in rawr roughly the same. Haste is far and away the worst state for bears.

for re-forging haste > hit = exp to dodge. Always reforge haste first.

I tend to gem dodge/agi for yellow, agi for red, agi/sta for blue, but do make exceptions to balance my survivability and mitigation.

for enchants

chest - peerless stats is slightly better than the sta enchant but they're pretty close.
weapon - 130 agi is always the best choice.
wrists - 50 agi if you can afford it, 50 dodge on the cheap

oh and as a side note, don't sacrifice agi on off items like rings and necklaces to get "tanking stats" even though strength is still decent, agi is the most important stat.

I'm having a hard time even ranking Windwalk as a quality enchant for Shield Tanks. Due to the PPM nature of it, it is completely unreliable.

I've never been a rawr min/maxing type. Instead I come up with general policies and kind of go by feel. Makes the Agi vs Stam issue more tricky. I do feel I was under evaluating Agi though. I think I might switch to the gemming you mention. Especially since when I tank it is often against dps with raid gear. So the added threat from Agi over Stam would be quite useful as well. I think my Stam will maintain a high enough level without gemming so hard for it.

Generally Agi is worth about 3x as much as a secondary stat. Str is about 2x. They may not have provided an Agi enchant for gloves this tier, but there are Str enchants.

I actually read that on EJ, but couldn't bring myself to commit to it over Mastery. You saying it though makes me rethink it since I trust your opinion. Have to get myself out of the Str is not for druids thinking and look at it as AP instead. Which apparently is better than Mastery.
