I have a lvl 18 necro in single playuer and he never finds runes trough the countess, its on a comp thats not connected to the internet so its v1.07 is that a problem?

Yeah I think 1.09 was when she started with the runes.

LoD v1.07 is very buggy. IIRC, once you hit act5 normal, one drop out of three will be a gothic plate B)
