Merchants related to ilvls - gta-maloy] - 08-08-2004 This is the one section of gameplay I never really paid attention to until recently and I was curious about it. AFAIK the items visible are set to something like clvl +5? And AFAIK the difficulty and merchant doesn't make much difference.
