I am doing this for my kids, so I will be as strong as I possibly can. If I were single or with no kids, I'd never quit as I liked it too much. That plus Nicorette is what's preventing me from lighting one up.

A note of caution about the road ahead. I quit for five years, about when my daughter was born. If you ever get tempted to start again, find a dirty, filled ash tray and take a bit, anything, rather than start again. I have been having the damnedest time staying quit in the half dozen times I have tried since 1997.
