Is there an expert trainer for Rogues somewhere? My poisons are at 190/190 and no skilling. Just pibed up some higher level recipes, and I want to make sure I'm not wasting my skill ups.

Right. Most class skills are automatically at their max when you level up - 5 points per level. Poisons (and Lockpicking) work more like a weapon skill than a class skill - your max is based on level, and your min is what you put into it.
