Counter to Dispel Resistance - LavCat - 11-23-2009
Some classes have talents, such as the priest Silent Resolve, that provide dispell resistance. Is there a way to counter this dispell resistance?

Haste (up to cap) is your best bet to assist in countering dispel resistance, currently. Hopefully a good debuff/buff/dispel/gcd situation will eventually occur.
