I think both times I've done it recently I clicked "Reply", turned to do something else for a moment, looked back, saw "Reply", forgot that I'd already clicked "Reply", so clicked the 2nd "Reply", then saw that I'd posted with no new text, so then muttered an expletive or two while I did a "Quick Edit".

So what's a good acronym for that?? FEBU is accurate, but ... hmm...
