Apparently such a video was shown in a January 1979 episode of Nova on PBS. How you can obtain a copy of a show that old is anyone's guess.

My psychology teacher used to have such a video, but he no longer knows where it is. At this point I'd settle for a video demonstration of his pigeon-guided missiles.
OK, a bit more searching and I found it. It's not ping pong so much as just pong.
