A 3+ year search, consisting of easily tens of thousands of Laz/16 runs, endless corpse robbing, barrel breaking, and monster slaying has ended. My first x-mas gift of 2015, and what a gift!
Dropped by a lvl 16 Blood Knight on normal difficulty, at roughly 1:15 am 12/25/2015.

Thanks. Even though I have some items that are technically more "rare", most of them dropped pretty randomly w/o me actually hunting for them. This ring was by far the hardest item I have ever intentionally searched for, though I found a ton of amazing stuff during the journey.
