Accessing Closed-Off Areas in Beta - Bolty - 03-14-2012
Direct from Diablofans is a video showing areas, monsters, and a vendor past the closed gate in the Diablo III beta. Users found an exploit that allowed them to get past the closed-off gate in beta Patch 14, and went on an exploration spree.

Blizzard has since wiped the waypoints that players have accessed and beefed up the security to make it harder to get and stay in these areas. Just shows that all the graphical assets exist in the beta download, but Blizzard doesn't want us to get there.
