hi, long time caller, first time listener. anyone know where i can download a free cd ripper off the internet so i can copy diablo onto my hard drive so i can play diablo without the cd in the
cd drive? i did this years ago when i used to play on my old pc. i've been looking on google search engines and all i get is websites with piles and piles of adds and or other junk. thanks for the help.

You could try a program called Daemon Tools, this seems to be the most popular one.

it doesnt do as much as the one you buy but its enough to make a disk image of diablo and mount.

ImgBurn is pretty good, and free. It will make an image of your Diablo disc. You can then either burn it to a CD (using ImgBurn or whatever program you prefer), or mount the disc virtually using a program like Daemon Tools.
