You must mean Runewords, right ;) ? Yes, there will be a lot of New runewords. Famine looks really interesting:

In 1.10, Zod will make Ethereal items indestructible. Besides, there will be the sinergie (I don´t know if it´s the correct spelling) thing.
Melody is going to work for bows as well.
