Laying of hands still bugged? - algoresleftnut - 06-27-2003 Been a while since I've played does Laying of hands still not work with vengeance?... How about beserk? Laying of hands still bugged? - Tommi - 06-27-2003 It's not only Laying of Hands, and it has not been fixed. All effects vs. a specific creature type from items and skills do not work with some attack skills. See: http://www.theamazonbasin.com/d2/forums/in...e,and,sanctuary In summary, brianp tested with a paladin and found that these abilities do not work with Sacrifice and Vengeance, but they do work with a normal attack and Charge, and probably also with Zeal (although untested). I do not know what is the situation with the skills of other character classes. Cheers, Tommi Laying of hands still bugged? - algoresleftnut - 06-27-2003 Sigh anyword on if it will work with beserk? Laying of hands still bugged? - kier - 06-27-2003 Surely it only increases phis damage and not magic damage? certainly works with fury though, awsome gloves for meph runs :D Laying of hands still bugged? - Sporky Smurf - 06-27-2003 The thing is, though, that Beserk adds up all of your physical damage and then converts it into Magic Damage and then multiplies it. Or atleast, that's what I thought it was. Or atleast, that's what I thought it was.Almost like that. First, Berserk adds a normal physical percentage damage bonus. After final physical damage is determined (including critical hits, etc.), all physical damage is converted into magical damage. This includes also the effect of LoH, which normally adds physical damage. For details, see: http://www.hut.fi/~tgustafs/weapondamage.html Cheers, Tommi |
