The problem? Various directories lost their upper-case formatting when I transferred the site over. Duh me. So when the script was looking for, say, User_info, it couldn't find it because the directory was called user_info.
Search of the website is still down - this is due to a limitation of the sbox CGI "wrapper" and I have to code around it.
