1.10s weaponss: -x% to enemy elemental resistance: - Nicator - 10-12-2003 When I first saw weapons with those attributes I thought that the effect was triggered and lasted the effective hit by the weapon. Some weeks ago, I made a Doom weapon for my strafazon's Act 2 mercenary (-57% to Enemy Cold Resistance), and since then I have noticed that when fighting a physical and lighting immune monster, coupled with magic resistant or spectral hit, my slvl 8 cold arrow made more damage than my slvl 12 fire arrow. I haven't checked each of those monster's resistances, as they were from several classes. My best guess is that the -57% to Enemy Cold Resistance is triggered by an effective hit but lasts the chilling duration. 1.10s weaponss: -x% to enemy elemental resistance: - Obi2Kenobi - 10-12-2003 It could be that they had a high elemental resist (magic resistant mod), and a low physical resist, if the fire arrow=all fire damage bug wasn't fixed. Anyone want to prove me wrong? :) |
