Just got the game.
When I started to install the game there is an option to install the spawn what is the difference between playing the two or are they the same?

Spawn = Demo
You can only play the first 2 dungeon levels and the warrior. But you don't need the CD to play this.

Plus you can play networked.
In other words, set up no more than four computers as a network, install Spawn on all of them, and have... Four Warriors running around the first two dlvls. Granted, it's not much, but it is the most legal way of playing MP Diablo off the one CD.

Thanks for the info. Since I don't have 3 other computers I'll play without spawn.
Wondered why I wasn't able to talk to anyone, now I can chat away with all npc's.

I had Diablo Spawn, back like 5 years ago, on my oooooollllllllldddddddd computer. I actually had a level 11 warrior. :blink:
