Some of the user created levels are amazingly hard, and creative. If you have the cash to spare I recommend it. Fanastic Contraption! - the Langolier - 10-21-2008 I'm starting to think these little exploding things could use some tweaking. Makes me think you didn't copy/paste it correctly. Fanastic Contraption! - swirly - 10-23-2008 Quote:Your second and third solutions are just amazing.I must admit that the third one didn't start as my own. A friend linked me a version she was working on that wasn't working. I went "I bet I can get that idea to work!" removed a couple bits from hers, changed a couple wheel types, adjusted some angles, and thus you have my third solution. I'm actually discovering that it is great fun to take non-working ideas and fix them. I tend to find that when I am presented with a blank slate I go certain predictable routes. So being supplied with a route that I wouldn't have taken and then making it work is rather enjoyable. It isn't even the fixing so much as it is being forced down specific paths that I might not have taken otherwise. An example would be that third one where the goal was to use a funnel system to push the ball through to the finish. |
