Minor nit: Warriors can just as easily flip to Berserker Stance and Intercept on a mob that refuses to stand still. Of course, Feral Charge is 15 seconds versus 30 seconds:)

Nit on your nit: Warriors can't just flip and intercept, if they don't have Tactical Mastery. Plus there's the issue of twice the rage cost and twice the cooldown.
I agree in principle, I just can't help picking nits on nitpicks!
